These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Spotss (“Service”), operated by Spotss(“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Spotss is a platform that lets creators build and share curated lists of places — restaurants, hotels, activities, and more — and optionally monetize them through sponsored placements, affiliate links, and tips from followers.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Spotss. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@spotss.me if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of all content you post on Spotss, including place names, descriptions, photos, and list titles. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it as part of operating the Service.
You agree not to post content that:
Spotss provides tools for creators to add sponsored placements, affiliate links, and tip buttons to their pages. You are solely responsible for any commercial relationships you enter into with sponsors or affiliate programs, and for complying with applicable advertising disclosure laws (such as FTC guidelines). We do not process payments or act as a party to transactions between you and your followers or sponsors.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@spotss.me.
We aim to keep Spotss running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotss is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or revenue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
